Payment
We accept all major credit cards as payment.
We are unable to accept money orders or checks at this time.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped once payment has been confirmed. We typically ship 2-3 times a week.
Local pick up available. We now offer at checkout where you can select Shipping or Pick up. If you select Pick up, please call before coming (901)237-2068 or check Google for special hours.
All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. If it’s an original painting we ship those with insurance and delivery confirmation.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order, if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address given during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way. All packages receive a tracking number via the postal service. Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, our shipper is super efficient, so you will likely get your order on time.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to process international orders. HOWEVER, you can submit request for purchase via email and we will look into possibly to ship into that particular country. Please email your request at evelina@evelinaLinn.com should you choose to place an international order.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please email us within three days of receiving your order at evelina@evelinaLinn.com to discuss the details. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on returned items. please see deatales in art return policy.
