evelina linn llc is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors! That's why once you’ve received an original artwork, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the Final Sale items, listed below), provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.

The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:

  • Open Edition Prints

  • Limited Edition Works

  • Special Collection Works

** Please note, artworks that have been altered i.e (stretched, cropped, and/or modified) after purchase are not returnable.

Before reading the instructions provided below on how to return an original work, please carefully read our Original Artwork Return Policy:

Original Artwork Return Policy

From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.  

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from evelina linn llc and are not fully satisfied, you have: 

  1. Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work

  2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact US. ***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

 

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email evelina@evelinalinn.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist. Please email evelina@evelinalinn.com for instructions on how to safely package artwork for shipment.

Step 3 – Email evelina@evelinalinn.com to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely reaches the artist, evelina linn llc will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email evelina@evelinalinn.com to give us your order information.

Step 2 - Save original packaging!

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to evelina@evelinalinn.com.

Who Pays For Return Shipping Costs?

We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to the artist. Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs.

How Will My Artwork Be Shipped?

For details on how your artwork will ship, please visit the individual artwork page for the pieces you are interested in. Each item ships individually directly from the artist studio, so it will vary depending upon how the artist plans to ship it. Look for these 3 categories:

 Ships in a cardboard box

This item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We work with our PACKAGE handlr every step of the way to ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from the artist’s studio to your home.

 Ships in a crate

This item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its JOURNEY AND will be tightly sealed together. 

 Ships in a tube

This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.This method is especially safe for oversized WORKS AND provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

Below are some frequently asked questions from our art buyers: 

 

Will my order be delayed?

The majority of all orders will be delivered within 10-14 days of purchase. Transit time for international shipments is 5-7 business. Delivery times are affected by a number of variables, which may lead to a delay in shipment. Below are some of the factors that may have an impact on your order: 

  • An artist's ability to prepare an artwork for shipment may be limited due to local shelter in place requirements or the vendors used to prepare your artwork for shipment may be closed.

  • Customs processing may be delayed. Below is a list of countries that are experiencing a delay due to local restrictions and custom office closures:

    • Italy (3-4 week delay)

    • Ukraine (3-4 week delay)

    • Russia (3-4 week delay)

    • Australia (additional 1 week delay)

    • New Zealand (additional 1 week delay)

    • Pacific Islands (additional 1- 2 week delay)

    • South Africa (additional 1 week delay)

    • Argentina - Courier service is suspended.

    • India - Courier service is suspended

    • Venezuela - Courier service is suspended

  • Our printing facility is operating with a limited production staff due to health and safety restrictions, which may cause the production of your Open Edition or LIMITED-EDITION print order to be delayed. Below is current time estimates for print orders:

    • Photo prints - 4 days

    • Fine Art prints - 4 days

    • Canvas prints - 6 days

 

Will I be notified of the status of my order and estimated delivery time?

Yes, we will do our best to update you with as much relevant information regarding your order as we can. 

With the purchase of every original artwork, you’ll receive an email notification to confirm when the artwork will be shipped from the artist’s studio to you. Once on the way, we’ll provide you with tracking information. If there are any changes or delays, we will be sure to let you know. 

With the purchase of Open Edition and LIMITED-EDITION prints, you’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Due to the restrictions at our printing facility we’re not able to provide production estimates per order, so please refer to the list of estimated production times above.

When will I get a response to my phone call or email inquiry?

We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Due to a higher volume of calls and emails it may take us longer to respond. Our customer service team will respond to all inquiries in the order in which they are received as quickly as possible.
